Persónuverndarstefna

Í eftirfarandi persónuverndarstefnu kemur fram hvernig Orrifinn.com safnar og vinnur þær persónuupplýsingar sem að þú þarft að veita til þess að nýta þér þjónustu síðunnar og versla við okkur.

Skólavörðustígur 43, kt. 431117- 0100  er eigandi verslunarinnar Orrifinn Skartgripir  sem starfrækt er á netinu og að Skólavörðustíg 43, 101 Reykjavík. Orrifinn leggur sig fram við að uppfylla ýtrustu kröfur um persónuvernd og er þessi stefna í samræmi við gildandi persónuverndarlög. 

Orrifinn heitir kaupanda fullum trúnaði varðandi allar þær upplýsingar sem kaupandi gefur upp í tengslum við viðskiptin. Upplýsingarnar verða ekki afhentar þriðja aðila nema í þeim tilgangi að efna viðskiptasamning.

 

Persónuupplýsingar: 

Allar upplýsingar sem auðkenna þig eða væri hægt að nota í þeim tilgangi teljast til persónuupplýsinga. Dæmi um slíkt er nafnið þitt, tengiliðaupplýsingar þínar eða kaupsaga þín.

Til þess að uppfylla þá þjónustu sem að Orrifinn Skartgripir  býður er nauðsynlegt fyrir okkur að nota og vinna með persónuupplýsingar um þig. Dæmi um persónuupplýsingar sem að við notum eru; 

- Nafn þitt, heimilisfang, tölvupóstfang, símanúmer, tengiliðaupplýsingar, kennitala, reiknings- og greiðsluupplýsingar þínar.

Þegar vara er pöntuð í vefverslun Orrifinn eru upplýsingar um greiðslukort aðeins vistaðar rétt á meðan viðskiptin fara fram og eru samþykkt í kerfinu. Um leið og pöntunin er staðfest og viðskiptavinur fær staðfestingu í hendurnar verður öllum upplýsingum um greiðslukortið eytt samstundis úr kerfinu. Kortaupplýsingarnar eru því alltaf öruggar meðan á öllu ferlinu stendur.

Þjónustuaðilar og verktakar

Í sumum tilvikum notar Orrifinn þjónustu þriðja aðila til að sinna þjónustu fyrir okkar hönd. T.d. við vinnslu á debet- og kreditkortafærslum og vöruflutninga. Þær upplýsingar séu meðhöndlaðar og varðveittar með öruggum hætti hverju sinni.

Vafrakökur (e. cookies)

 Vafrakökur eru smáar textaskrár sem eru geymdar á tölvunni þinni eða á netþjóni. Orrifinn notar vafrakökur  (e. cookies) til að veita þér betri þjónustu.

Í sumum tilfellum söfnum við upplýsingum á vefnum okkar í gegnum tímabundnar vafrakökur. Þessar vafrakökur hverfa þegar þú lokar vafranum. Þær geymast ekki á harða disknum heldur aðeins á tímabundnu minni sem eyðist þegar þú lokar vafranum. Við notum tímabundnar vafrakökur til dæmis til að komast að því hvernig vefurinn okkar er notaður þannig að við getum bætt hönnun hans og notagildi. Tímabundnar vafrakökur eru ekki tengdar auðkennanlegum persónuupplýsingum. 

Þú getur alltaf sett vafrakökum takmörk með valkostum í vafranum.

Réttindi þín

Samkvæmt persónuverndarlöggjöfinni hefur þú ákveðin réttindi. 

Þú átt rétt á að fá aðgang og afrit af persónuupplýsingum um þig ásamt því að fá staðfest að unnið sé með persónuupplýsingar þínar. Þá áttu jafnframt rétt á því að leiðrétta og takmarka vinnslu gagna um þig. Þá getur þú farið fram á eyðingu gagna um þig. We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.

SECTION 4 - SHOPIFY

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

Payment:
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
